By booking a tour with Relax Ethiopia Tour and Travel, the traveler agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking and Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once the required booking information and payment or deposit have been received and confirmed by Relax Ethiopia Tour and Travel.
2. Payment
The payment schedule and balance due date will be communicated at the time of booking. All prices are quoted according to the agreed itinerary and services.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation policies depend on the tour and services booked. Refunds, where applicable, will be calculated according to the cancellation period and any non-refundable costs already incurred with hotels, transportation, permits, guides, or other suppliers.
4. Changes to the Itinerary
We may adjust the itinerary when necessary because of weather, road conditions, local circumstances, safety concerns, government regulations, or other unforeseen events. We will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives.
5. Travel Documents and Insurance
Travelers are responsible for having valid passports, visas, permits, and other required travel documents. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, cancellation, baggage, and emergency assistance.
6. Personal Responsibility
Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings and for following reasonable safety instructions provided by our guides and staff.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By making a booking, the traveler confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
