Excellent    Good    Fair    Poor

The road to Bemaraha is virtually impassable in the Wet season, from late November to April, and the park and lodges usually close down over that period. The area is very hot, so hiking conditions are best in the coolest months from May to October. July and August offer the coolest conditions but these are also the busiest months.

Best Time May to October (Best hiking weather)
High Season July/August holidays (The park gets busy)
Low Season November to April (Most hotels are closed)
Best Weather July and August (It is cooler)
Worst Weather December to March (The park closes down)

April to October Dry Season – Winter

November to March Wet Season – Summer

Best Time To Go by Major Park
