Day 1

Tarangire National Park

Your safari adventure begins early the morning with a pick-up at 06:00 AM from your hotel in Arusha or directly from Kilimanjaro/Arusha Airport. After a warm welcome and briefing from your professional driver-guide, set out on a scenic drive to Tarangire National Park, a hidden gem famous for its ancient baobab trees, massive elephant herds, and diverse wildlife.

Upon arrival, enjoy a full-day game drive, exploring the park’s varied landscapes and tracking giraffes, wildebeest, lions, zebras, and more. At midday, relax at one of the park’s scenic picnic sites, where you will have lunch while soaking in the wilderness around you.

You will have the chance to spot predators preparing for the night hunt and herds gathering along the Tarangire River.

In the late evening, you will exit the park and drive to the lush highlands of Karatu, arriving at Marera Valley Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Here, you will unwind in comfort and prepare for the next exciting day of your safari.

Enjoy an early breakfast at the lodge before departing around 06:30 AM for a thrilling day in the Northern Serengeti, the heart of the Great Wildebeest Migration
This is where nature’s most dramatic spectacle unfolds at the Mara River, as countless wildebeest and zebras gather on the banks, summoning courage to cross the crocodile-filled waters while predators lie in wait
Spend the entire day on game drives, following the herds and witnessing the incredible survival struggle that makes this one of the world’s most unforgettable wildlife experiences. Alongside the migration, the area is rich in wildlife, including elephants, giraffes, hippos, crocodiles, impalas, small antelopes, varieties of the bird species and big cats
At midday, stop for a picnic lunch at a scenic spot in the park before continuing your afternoon, noon and evening game drive
By late evening, head to Tanzania Bush Camp – Mara River, where you will enjoy dinner and overnight surrounded by the sounds of the wilderness.

Day 3

Northern Serengeti

Start your day with an early morning breakfast at the lodge, then depart for a full-day game drive in the Northern Serengeti, home to the world-famous Great Annual Wildebeest Migration.

Experience the thrilling Mara River Crossing, where thousands of wildebeest and hundreds of zebras bravely navigate crocodile-filled waters while predators lie in wait a once-in-a-lifetime wildlife spectacle.

Spend the full day following the herds, observing their movement, and spotting other wildlife such as lions, leopards, cheetah, hyenas, impalas, heart beast, Thompson gazelles, buffaloes, baboons, elephants, giraffes, and hippos.

Pause for a picnic lunch in a scenic spot inside the park before continuing your afternoon game drive, exploring more of the migration routes and the rich Serengeti plains.

As the sun sets, enjoy the golden light on the savannah before heading to Tanzania Bush Camp – Mara River for dinner and overnight, perfectly situated close to the migration action.

Day 4

Central Serengeti

Start your day with an early bush breakfast at the lodge before departing for the early morning game drive in the Central Serengeti, home to abundant predators and wildlife.

Spot lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, and large herds of buffaloes and zebras as your guide takes you to prime viewing areas.

Pause mid-morning for a refreshment break, then continue exploring the plains.

Our safari guide will take you to different corners and locations at central serengeti where you will enjoy much of the game drive and wildlife viewing tour

Enjoy a picnic lunch in the park, followed by an afternoon game drive, capturing the golden hour and observing predators and herds preparing for the night.

Late evening you wil drive to Tanzania Bush Camp - Central Serengeti for dinner and overnight

Return to your lodge or tented camp in the evening for dinner and overnight, surrounded by the sounds of the Serengeti.

Day 5

Ngorongoro Crater

Start your day with an early breakfast at your lodge around 05:30 Am, then depart for the Ngorongoro Crater, often called the “Eighth Wonder of the World.”

Descend into the crater for a full-day game drive, exploring one of Africa’s most spectacular wildlife havens.

Spot the Big Five such as lions, elephants, buffalo, rhinos, and leopards—alongside zebras, wildebeest, hippos, flamingos, and a variety of bird species. Pause at a picnic site inside the crater for lunch, surrounded by breathtaking scenery and wildlife all around.

Continue your afternoon and noon game drives, taking in the crater’s diverse landscapes and wildlife interactions.

In the late afternoon, exit the crater and enjoy a scenic drive back to Arusha, with drop-off at your hotel or Kilimanjaro/Arusha Airport for your departure.
