Arusha – Serengeti National Park

Arusha – Serengeti National Park

Your adventure begins in Arusha, where we’ll pick you up from your hotel after breakfast. We’ll drive through the beautiful Ngorongoro Highlands, stopping at a viewpoint to take in breathtaking vistas of the crater before continuing toward Serengeti. By midday, we’ll reach the gates of Serengeti National Park, famous for its endless plains and extraordinary wildlife. After enjoying a picnic lunch, we’ll head out for our first game drive. This is your chance to spot elephants, giraffes, buffalo, lions, and perhaps even cheetahs as they stalk the savannah. Depending on the season, you may also witness parts of the world-renowned wildebeest migration. In the evening, we’ll settle into Seronera Campsite in central Serengeti. Dinner will be served under the stars, and you’ll sleep in a comfortable tent surrounded by the sounds of the African wilderness. Pickup can be arranged from either Kilimanjaro International Airport or from the hotel as agreed.

Full-Day Serengeti Safari

We’ll rise early for breakfast and head out just after sunrise, the best time to see predators on the hunt and grazing animals at their most active. Today is dedicated entirely to exploring Serengeti. Our guide will take you through central Serengeti and deeper into the park’s diverse landscapes, searching for the Big Five and countless other species. You’ll stop for a picnic lunch in the heart of the park, surrounded by sweeping savannah views, before continuing your game drive into the afternoon. Keep your eyes peeled for herds of wildebeests, zebras, and gazelles moving across the plains, followed by predators such as lions and hyenas. In the late afternoon, we’ll return to Seronera Campsite for dinner, where you’ll enjoy another night under Serengeti’s starry skies.

By mid-morning, we’ll descend 600 meters into the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater, one of the most unique safari destinations on Earth. The crater floor is teeming with wildlife—this is one of the best places in Africa to see the Big Five in a single day, including the rare black rhino. You’ll also encounter hippos wallowing in pools, flamingos along the lakes, and large prides of lions basking in the sun. We’ll enjoy a picnic lunch at a scenic spot inside the crater before making our way back up and starting the return journey to Arusha.
