Day 1

Arrive in Nairobi, where you’ll be met and transferred to Wilson Airport for a scenic flight over the Great Rift Valley to Masai Mara. On arrival, your guide will greet you and take you to your lodge or luxury tented camp, with a short game drive en route. After check-in and a hearty lunch, relax and soak in the wild surroundings before heading out on your first evening game drive. This is the perfect introduction to the Mara, with golden savannahs stretching endlessly and wildlife beginning their evening movements. Expect to see elephants, giraffes, zebras, and maybe even lions preparing for a night hunt. As the sun sets, return to your lodge for dinner, then unwind by the campfire under a blanket of stars.

Snorkel or dive among parrotfish, angelfish, and even sea turtles, with chances to spot dolphins gliding alongside the boat. After your adventure, enjoy a fresh seafood lunch by the coast. The afternoon can be spent swimming, sunbathing, or exploring Watamu town’s vibrant shops and cafes before returning to your resort for a relaxed evening.
