Tarangire National Park – The Kingdom of Elephants

We begin our safari adventure after an early breakfast in Arusha. Soon, we’ll drive through the scenic Maasai plains on our way to Tarangire National Park, famous for its large elephant herds.

As we enter the park, ancient baobab trees tower above, zebras graze under the sun, and lions rest in the tall grass. The Tarangire River draws giraffes, buffaloes, wildebeest, and sometimes even elusive leopards hiding in the acacia trees.

We’ll enjoy a picnic lunch at a scenic spot inside the park, then continue our game drive until late afternoon. By evening, we arrive at our lodge or campsite for a relaxing night around Karatu.
