Lake Manyara NP

Begin your day with an early departure to Lake Manyara National Park, a lush sanctuary tucked beneath the towering Rift Valley escarpment. This beautiful park offers an incredible mix of landscapes—dense forests, open grasslands, and the sparkling lake that draws flocks of flamingos and hippos. Keep your eyes open for elephants, giraffes, and the park’s famous tree-climbing lions. Later in the afternoon, drive to Karatu for a peaceful evening at your lodge surrounded by the calm of the highlands.

After breakfast, depart the Serengeti and begin the scenic drive toward the Ngorongoro Highlands. Upon arrival at the crater, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for an unforgettable wildlife excursion. Explore this UNESCO World Heritage Site, home to rhinos, hippos, and abundant birdlife. Enjoy a picnic lunch on the crater floor with a great view of wildlife. In the afternoon, ascend to the crater rim and drive back to Arusha, arriving in the evening. Transfer to your hotel or lodge for overnight accommodation.
