Encircled by dormant volcanoes, the crater's floor features watering holes serving as habitats for approximately 30,000 animals.

After enjoying breakfast, you'll descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for an immersive 5-hour safari. This natural wonder teems with wildlife, boasting a population of approximately 30,000 animals, including some of Tanzania's last remaining black rhinos.
Benefiting from a consistent water and food supply year-round, the crater supports a diverse array of species such as wildebeest, zebras, buffalo, eland, warthogs, hippos, and majestic African elephants. Furthermore, it serves as a prime habitat for predators like lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs, and the elusive leopards.
You'll savor a picnic lunch on the crater floor before beginning your journey back to Arusha/JRO Airport in the late afternoon to catch your flight back to Dar Es Salaam.
