Serengeti National Park Game Drive

Your Serengeti adventure begins with a direct transfer from the airport to the park. Upon arrival, you’ll be met by your safari operator or lodge representatives and transferred by road through the scenic Tanzanian landscape. Along the way, keep your eyes open wildlife sightings can occur even before you officially enter the park.

Once in the Serengeti, you’ll settle into your accommodation, such as Friends Serengeti Lodge, your comfortable base for the coming days. After settling in, embark on your first introductory game drive, which offers a perfect opportunity to experience the vast open plains and spot wildlife like zebras, wildebeest, and a variety of birds in their natural habitat.

Central Serengeti National Park To Ngorongoro Crater

On Day Three, your safari adventure takes you deep into the heart of the Serengeti. Begin with an early morning game drive across the Central Serengeti’s diverse landscapes renowned for their incredible density of wildlife. Keep your camera ready as you search for the famous Big Five lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino alongside giraffes, zebras, antelopes, and a vibrant array of birdlife. After an exciting day of exploration, you’ll journey toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, where you’ll check in at the Ngorongoro Wildlife Lodge. The crater’s lush landscapes provide sanctuary to an incredible variety of wildlife, including the famed Big Five: lion, elephant, leopard, rhino, and buffalo.

Enjoy a thrilling morning game drive as you traverse the crater floor, capturing breathtaking views and unforgettable wildlife encounters. Around midday, you’ll pause for a scenic picnic lunch surrounded by the crater’s stunning backdrop.

In the afternoon, you’ll begin your journey back to Arusha, taking in the picturesque highlands along the way. You’ll arrive in the late afternoon or early evening, bringing your Ngorongoro adventure and your Tanzanian safari to a memorable close.
