This morning, you’ll head to Dar es Salaam Airport for your flight to Arusha. Upon arrival, our representative will warmly welcome you and transfer you to Tarangire National Park for your first thrilling game drive. Immerse yourself in the beauty of the wild as you explore this iconic park before retiring for the night at Fig Tree Lodge. Enjoy lunch, dinner, and complimentary drinking water during your stay.
Covering nearly 2,500 square kilometers, Tarangire National Park is renowned for its vast elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and the Tarangire River that winds through its stunning landscape. The river is a lifeline during the dry season (June to November), attracting numerous animals and offering incredible game-viewing opportunities. Often compared to the Serengeti for its impressive wildlife density, Tarangire is home to over 3,000 elephants, diverse predators, and more than 600 bird species, making it a true gem for nature lovers and photographers alike.

Day 2
Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, descend into the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater for an unforgettable game drive. Later, return to Arusha for dinner and an overnight stay at The Charity Hotel, with breakfast, lunch, dinner, and daily drinking water included.
Known as the “Eighth Wonder of the World,” the Ngorongoro Crater is the largest unbroken caldera on Earth, formed nearly two million years ago when a massive volcano collapsed. Its 600-meter-high walls enclose a remarkable ecosystem of acacia forests, grassy plains, and hippo-filled swamps. This natural sanctuary is home to elephants, warthogs, flamingos, diverse bird species, the endangered black rhino, and Africa’s famed big cats. You may also encounter Maasai herders tending their cattle alongside grazing buffalo and wildebeest, offering a rare glimpse into the harmony between people and wildlife.

Day 3
Materuni Waterfalls
Materuni Waterfalls
After breakfast, your guide will pick you up from your Arusha hotel to begin your adventure. Enjoy a scenic 40-minute walk to the magnificent Materuni Waterfalls, learning about the local Chagga culture, village life, and the region’s rich flora and fauna along the way. With clear weather, you may even glimpse the snow-capped peak of Mount Kilimanjaro. At the base of the falls, take a refreshing swim in the natural pool so be sure to pack your swimwear!
Afterward, return to Materuni village for a delicious traditional Chagga lunch, freshly prepared by the locals. In the late afternoon, you’ll be transferred back to your hotel or the airport, marking the end of your unforgettable Tanzanian safari experience.
