Karatu to Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, drive about 80 km (roughly 1.5 hrs) to the Ngorongoro Crater rim, then descend 600 m into the crater floor. Karatu - Mto wa Mbu - Arusha

Begin your day with a guided cultural tour at Mto wa Mbu. Explore the bustling local market, banana plantations, and traditional farms. Visit a Maasai Boma to learn about Maasai traditions, dance, and daily life. After the activities, drive approximately 190 km (3–4 hrs) back to Arusha, arriving in the late afternoon.
