Day 1

Your guide or driver will greet you and transfer you in a 4x4 vehicle from Maun International Airport or your hotel to the sanctuary. The estimated travel time is 60-75 minutes.

Along the way, you drive through rural Botswana and may see the locals going about their daily life before you begin your elephant activity.

It is an up-close elephant educational experience for visitors that focuses on increasing awareness around nature conservation as well as the plight of elephants. You’ll learn all about elephant conservation in Botswana, as well as how to identify each elephant and their unique story. Each of them has a Setswana name, and it usually speaks to how they joined the herd

The rates include entrance fees, guide fees, transportation from Maun, bottled water.
