After breakfast, check out and depart for Lake Nakuru, descending from the dry north through the lush farmlands and scenic landscapes of central Kenya. Arrive in Nakuru town in time for lunch, then head into Lake Nakuru National Park for an afternoon game drive. The park is famous for its rhino sanctuary and its stunning lake, often fringed with flamingos and pelicans. Keep an eye out for both black and white rhinos, as well as tree-climbing lions, giraffes, and a wide variety of bird species. Dinner and overnight stay at a lodge.
