You will be collected from your Zanzibar hotel and transferred to Zanzibar Airport for your flight to the Serengeti. The journey takes about 1.5 hours, offering spectacular aerial views as you soar over the turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean, the rolling hinterland of Tanzania, the dramatic endless plains of the Serengeti. The descent into Seronera Airstrip is truly breathtaking, giving you a preview of the wilderness awaiting below.
Within thirty minutes of landing, you will board a 4×4 safari vehicle equipped with a pop-up roof, perfectly designed for wildlife viewing. Your guide will lead you across the Serengeti’s vast landscapes, where predators and prey roam freely. Around midday, you will pause for a picnic lunch, enjoying the sights and sounds of the savannah. The adventure continues throughout the afternoon, with opportunities to spot lions, elephants, giraffes, and more. By evening, you will arrive at your accommodation for dinner and overnight stay.

After enjoying an early breakfast, you will collect picnic lunches and set out for one of Africa’s most remarkable natural wonders the Ngorongoro Crater. Formed over two million years ago by a massive volcanic eruption, the fertile soils have given rise to a unique ecosystem that supports an incredible diversity of wildlife.
The crater is renowned for having the highest concentration of animals anywhere on the continent, making it a paradise for safari enthusiasts. As you descend to the crater floor, you will encounter lions, buffalos, zebras, wildebeests, and countless other species thriving within its dramatic walls. This is also one of the best places in Africa to spot the rare and endangered black rhino, a truly unforgettable sight. Throughout the day, you will enjoy game drives and a picnic lunch surrounded by breathtaking scenery. After an extraordinary day of exploration, your will go to your accommodation, where a delicious dinner and a restful overnight stay await.

This morning, your adventure takes you to the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater, a true sanctuary for wildlife and natural beauty. As you descend into the crater, you’ll be immersed in a landscape teeming with life—small animals, vibrant bird species, and diverse flora all thriving within this unique ecosystem. The day will be spent exploring the crater floor, where the enclosed environment makes wildlife viewing remarkably rewarding. Ngorongoro is extraordinary because nearly all its inhabitants remain within the crater walls, offering unparalleled opportunities to spot game. It is one of the few places where endangered black rhinos are regularly seen, alongside prides of lions, graceful cheetahs, and many other species. After enjoying a picnic lunch surrounded by this spectacular scenery, you will begin your journey back toward Arusha airport or Kilimanjaro International Airport for your flight to Zanzibar.
