Day 2
Arusha to Tarangire National Park
Arusha to Tarangire National Park
After an early breakfast, we depart for a full-day game drive in Tarangire National Park, carrying picnic lunches. The park is known for its ancient baobab trees and large elephant herds—sometimes over 300 elephants digging along dry riverbeds for hidden water.
As we explore, you’ll encounter wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, impala, gazelle, hartebeest, and eland, all gathered around the shrinking water sources—a perfect hunting ground for predators. Tarangire holds one of the highest wildlife concentrations outside Serengeti, and is one of the best places to spot dry-land antelopes like the fringe-eared oryx and gerenuk.
When other lands dry out, the park becomes a refuge, attracting migrants and nurturing a wide variety of wildlife. After an exciting day, we return to the campsite for dinner and overnight.

Day 3
Tarangire to Serengeti National Park
Tarangire to Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, we continue into the fertile highlands where the Iraqw people farm wheat, coffee, and maize. We pass through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, formed three million years ago by a massive volcanic collapse. A viewpoint stop offers stunning views of the caldera before we head onward to the Serengeti National Park.
Serengeti—meaning “endless plains” in Maa—welcomes us by late afternoon. Tanzania’s largest park features sweeping grasslands, acacia savannah, rocky kopjes, rivers, and seasonal swamps. It is also home to the famed Great Migration, where millions of wildebeest and zebra move in search of fresh grazing. Depending on the season, we may witness this remarkable movement across the plains.
After an exciting game drive, we continue to Seronera Campsite for dinner and overnight within the heart of the wild.

Day 4
Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro
Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro
After an early morning coffee, we set out on a sunrise game drive across the Serengeti. This is one of the best times to spot wildlife—perhaps even members of the Big Five: lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard, and rhino—as the plains come to life with the first light of day.
Later, we begin our journey toward the Ngorongoro Crater, traveling through open wilderness where animals move freely between unfenced lands, offering exceptional and uninterrupted viewing. As we reach the crater rim, the landscape opens dramatically—vast grasslands, glittering streams, and wildlife in remarkable numbers stretch before you, a preview of tomorrow’s adventure.
Tonight, we settle at Simba Campsite on the crater’s edge, where you’ll fall asleep to the sounds of nature under a glowing African sunset.

Day 5
Ngorongoro Crater Tour
Ngorongoro Crater Tour
Today’s adventure begins with sunrise views across the Ngorongoro Crater rim, a moment early risers are always grateful for. After breakfast, we descend along the steep track into this natural wonder—one of Africa’s Seven Wonders and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Formed from the collapse of a massive volcano millions of years ago, the crater sinks 610 meters deep and spans about 260 sq km, creating one of the most remarkable wildlife sanctuaries on Earth. With an estimated 25,000 animals living within the basin, Ngorongoro offers some of the best game-viewing in Tanzania. In just a short time, you may spot wildebeest, zebra, gazelle, elephants, and an exceptional variety of birdlife. And with a little luck, you might even glimpse the elusive black rhino quietly grazing in the open plains.
After a picnic lunch in the crater floor, we ascend the winding walls and continue back to Arusha, where the tour comes to a close.
