Transfer to Ngorongoro Crater for Game Drive

Your safari begins with an early morning drive to the stunning Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the best wildlife-viewing areas in Africa. After descending 600 meters into the crater floor, you will enjoy a wonderful game drive where you may see lions, elephants, hippos, zebras, buffalos, flamingos, hyenas, and possibly the rare black rhino.

In the afternoon, you will exit the crater and continue your journey toward the Serengeti National Park, enjoying wildlife sightings along the way.
You will arrive at your lodge/tented camp in Serengeti for dinner and overnight.

Today is dedicated entirely to exploring the endless plains of the Serengeti, home to the world-famous Great Migration and some of the highest concentrations of wildlife in Africa. You will enjoy a full-day game drive, following the movements of animals such as lions, elephants, giraffes, cheetahs, zebras, hyenas, and thousands of wildebeests.

Your guide will take you to the most rewarding viewing areas, ensuring you capture the beauty and diversity of this iconic park.
In the evening, return to your Serengeti accommodation for dinner and overnight.

Game Drive in Serengeti

After breakfast, you will enjoy another game drive in the Serengeti. This morning drive gives you more chances to spot predators in action, especially lions and cheetahs, which are often active early in the day.

Around midday or afternoon, you will begin your scenic drive out of the park, passing through the Ngorongoro highlands toward the town of Karatu, a peaceful area with beautiful views.
Dinner and overnight will be at Karatu.

Transfer to Tarangire for Game Drive

After an early breakfast, you will drive to Tarangire National Park, famous for its large elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and the Tarangire River which attracts wildlife throughout the year. You will enjoy a game drive where you may see elephants, lions, zebras, giraffes, ostriches, impalas, and many bird species.

After your game drive and picnic lunch, you will begin your drive toward Arusha or Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) for your departure, marking the end of your beautiful safari with Nano Africa Safaris.
