Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, depart Arusha and drive to Tarangire National Park for a full-day game drive. Tarangire is famous for its large elephant herds, towering baobab trees, and diverse wildlife sustained by the Tarangire River. During the safari, you may encounter lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffalo, and numerous bird species. Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park while surrounded by open savannah and wildlife activity. Continue game viewing in the afternoon before exiting the park. Dinner and overnight at a mid-range lodge or camp near Tarangire.

After breakfast, depart Tarangire and travel toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a memorable game drive within this UNESCO World Heritage Site.
