After breakfast, you will drive to Serengeti National Park via the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, stopping at the Ngorongoro Crater viewpoint for a spectacular view of the crater. Continue driving to Serengeti National Park, where you will begin an afternoon game drive until sunset.
Serengeti National Park is the world’s last great wildlife refuge, home to an estimated three million large animals, most of which take part in a seasonal migration that is one of nature’s wonders. The park covers 14,763 sq km, and its name comes from the Maasai word “Siringet,” meaning endless plains.

After breakfast, you will drive to the Northern Serengeti for a game drive, exploring the northern part of the park near the Mara River (where the migration is usually located during August) in hopes of witnessing some of the migratory crossings. The endless plains of the Serengeti provide the setting for the world’s greatest wildlife spectacle—the Great Migration of 1.5 million wildebeest in search of fresh pastures. Each year, they trek over 2,500 km, constantly followed and threatened by some of Africa’s greatest predators. Depending on the time of your visit, your driver-guide will share the current location of the herds in the park.
In the evening, you will drive to the camp for your overnight stay.

Day 5
Serengeti National Park
Serengeti National Park
Today, you will enjoy another half day of game drive in the Northern Serengeti. In the afternoon, you will drive to the Central Serengeti for a sunset game drive on the way to the camp.
The Central Serengeti offers superb game viewing year-round due to its abundance of resident animals. The Seronera River Valley in particular is a “must-see” on every safari, regardless of the month of travel. Game viewing is at its best during the dry season (June–November), when resident animals are more concentrated due to the lack of water on the plains. Resident herbivores include impala, buffalo, hippo, warthog, topi, hartebeest, and giraffe, while resident carnivores include lion and leopard.
In the evening, you will drive to the camp for your overnight stay.

Serengeti National Park - Ngorongoro Conservation Area
Today, you will have a half-day game drive in the Serengeti before driving to the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater.
Several documented resident lion prides are located within a one-hour game drive radius from Seronera. During the dry season, these prides shift west and north within their territories, concentrating in the central region of the park, making it an excellent time for lion viewing. Central Serengeti is also one of the best areas in Africa to spot the elusive leopard, which you may see resting in the branches of sausage trees along the Seronera River.
Later in the day, you will drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area for your overnight stay at the camp.

Day 7
Ngorongoro Crater - Arusha
Ngorongoro Crater - Arusha
After breakfast, you will descend into Ngorongoro Crater for a game tour.
Often called the eighth natural wonder of the world, the Ngorongoro Crater is the largest intact crater in the world. About two million years ago, the Ngorongoro volcano erupted, and its walls collapsed. The volcano floor sank, creating a natural enclosure with 600 m tall walls. Now over 19 kilometers wide, the crater contains acacia forests, hippo-filled swamps, and open grasslands. These diverse habitats support over 30,000 animals, including elephants, warthogs, flamingos, a variety of birds, the rare black rhinoceros, and all predatory cats. The Maasai people can also be seen grazing their cattle alongside buffalo and wildebeest.
In the evening, drive back to Arusha for drop-off at 4:00 pm or proceed to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your flight home.
