After breakfast, depart Serengeti for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Upon arrival, enjoy a guided walking safari near the crater rim.
Unlike game drives, a walking safari allows you to experience the African wilderness up close — tracking animal footprints, observing birds and smaller wildlife, learning about native plants, and understanding the ecosystem from your expert guide. Picnic lunch can be enjoyed during the walk or back at the lodge.
In the evening, check into Embalakai Camp or another luxury lodge nearby, where cozy tents and serene surroundings make it the perfect spot to unwind after an active day.
