Fly from Zanzibar to Arusha Airport and drive to Tarangire NP for the Game drive

You will be picked up from your hotel around 6:00 am and transferred to Zanzibar Airport for your morning flight to Arusha. Upon arrival, your professional safari guide will welcome you and escort you on a drive to Tarangire National Park for an exciting game drive.

Tarangire is famous for its large elephant herds, iconic baobab trees, and abundant wildlife including lions, giraffes, zebras, and diverse bird species. You will enjoy a packed lunch at a designated picnic site inside the park, surrounded by spectacular scenery and wildlife.

After an afternoon of exploration, you will leave the park in the late evening and drive to a luxury lodge in Karatu. Here, you will have dinner and spend the night in comfort, preparing for the next day of your unforgettable safari adventure.

Game drive in Ngorongoro and Flight back to Zanzibar

You will wake up early around 6:00 am and drive from your lodge to the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater for a full morning game drive. Known as the largest intact volcanic caldera on Earth, the crater spans 20 kilometers in diameter and 600 meters deep, covering 300 square kilometers of diverse habitats.

Its fertile floor supports an incredible density of wildlife, including the Big Five, hippos, flamingos, and abundant birdlife. You will enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park, surrounded by stunning landscapes.

In the afternoon, you will ascend from the crater and drive to Arusha to catch your 4:00 pm flight back to Zanzibar, concluding two majestic and unforgettable days immersed in Tanzania’s extraordinary wildlife and natural beauty.
