Day 1
Arusha to Tarangire National Park
Arusha to Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, you will depart from Arusha and drive to Tarangire National Park, famous for its giant baobab trees and large elephant herds. Upon arrival, you will enjoy a game drive with a picnic lunch inside the park. Tarangire is home to lions, leopards, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests and many species of antelope. The Tarangire River attracts wildlife throughout the year, making the park an excellent destination for wildlife viewing. In the late afternoon, you will head to the campsite for dinner and your overnight stay.

Day 2
Serengeti National Park
Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, you will depart for Serengeti National Park with a picnic lunch provided along the way. You may optionally visit the Olduvai Gorge Museum for an extra cost, where Dr. Louis and Mary Leakey made important archaeological discoveries connected to early human history. After entering Serengeti National Park, you will enjoy an afternoon game drive across the endless plains, famous for predators and the Great Migration. Dinner and overnight will be at Seronera Campsite inside the park.

Day 3
Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater
Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater
You will start the day with an early morning game drive in Serengeti National Park, the best time to spot predators returning from hunting. With some luck, you may see lions, leopards and cheetahs in action. After breakfast at the campsite, you will continue with a game drive while heading toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Along the way, you may choose to visit a Maasai village for an extra cost and learn about the local culture. In the evening, you will arrive at Simba Campsite on the crater rim for dinner and overnight.

Day 4
Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha
Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha
After an early breakfast, you will descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive with a picnic lunch on the crater floor. The crater is one of Africa’s most remarkable wildlife areas and offers an excellent chance to spot the Big Five, including the endangered black rhino. You may also see zebras, wildebeests, hyenas, hippos and flamingos around the soda lake. After the game drive, you will return to Arusha, arriving in the late afternoon where the safari end.
