North Coast Cultural Tour

After breakfast, depart for a scenic drive north of Mombasa toward Mambrui, a historic coastal settlement known for its Swahili culture, sand dunes, and pristine beaches. Enjoy a guided walk through the village to learn about the local way of life, traditional architecture, and fishing culture that has shaped the community for centuries.

Later, proceed to the Gede Ruins, an ancient Swahili town hidden within a coastal forest near Malindi. Accompanied by a local guide, explore the stone houses, palace, mosques, and wells, while learning about the rise and mysterious abandonment of this once-thriving 13th-century settlement. The surrounding forest is rich in birdlife and wildlife, adding a natural touch to the historical experience.

In the late afternoon, begin your return journey to Mombasa, with time to relax at the hotel or enjoy the evening at leisure.
