Serengeti National Park, Tanzania’s oldest and most celebrated reserve and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is world-renowned for its endless savannahs and extraordinary wildlife density. Often described as one of the natural wonders of the world, the Serengeti hosts millions of migrating wildebeest and zebra alongside large herds of buffalo, elephants, giraffes, eland, topi, kongoni, impala, and Grant’s gazelle—offering an authentic, close-up wildlife experience straight out of a nature documentary.

Exploring Serengeti

Exploring Serengeti

Enjoy full day in the Serengeti National Park dedicated to immersive wildlife exploration across its vast and iconic landscapes. The Wagakuria area is renowned for its exceptionally high concentration of resident wildlife, including impressive lion prides that can number up to 30 individuals. From July to October, this region becomes a true wildlife haven as the Great Migration moves through the area. The Mara River is a major highlight, and while herds of wildebeest and zebra may be seen crossing northward one day and returning south shortly after, witnessing an actual river crossing is a rare and fortunate event that depends largely on timing and luck. For an unforgettable perspective of the Serengeti plains at sunrise, an optional hot air balloon safari can be arranged.

Day 3

Fullday in serengeti

Fullday in serengeti

The Serengeti is one of Africa’s most breathtaking natural landscapes, celebrated for its endless plains that provide outstanding opportunities for wildlife viewing. Its environment—shaped by a stable climate and ancient vegetation—has remained largely unchanged for millions of years, creating an ideal haven for wildlife. While the park supports an incredible variety of animals year-round, it is most renowned for the Great Migration, where massive herds of wildebeest, joined by zebra and antelope, move continuously in search of fresh pasture. This natural spectacle takes place throughout the year, with the key to great sightings being the right location at the right time rather than a specific month. Beyond the dramatic scenery, the Serengeti is also home to formidable predators, and encounters with lions, cheetahs, and leopards are common—making a visit here a deeply memorable and transformative safari experience.
