Between December and March, this region transforms into a vibrant wildlife haven during the calving season, when thousands of wildebeest and zebra calves are born each day. The short, nutrient-rich grasses provide an ideal nursery—offering ample grazing for the herds and open visibility that helps adults detect predators, creating a safer environment for the newborns.
In the afternoon, you will embark on an extensive game drive, witnessing the area’s remarkable wildlife activity until sunset. As evening falls, you’ll return to your camp for dinner and an overnight stay, immersed in the natural sounds of the wilderness.
