Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our professional safari representative and transferred to Arusha Planet Lodge. The drive offers your first views of Mount Meru and the vibrant town of Arusha, known as the gateway to Tanzania’s northern safari circuit. After check-in, relax in the peaceful garden surroundings of the lodge or enjoy a refreshing drink by the pool. This evening is free for rest and recovery after your international journey.

Day 2

Arusha – Tarangire National Park

After breakfast at your hotel in Arusha, you will meet your professional safari driver-guide for a short briefing about your safari adventure. You will then depart for Tarangire National Park, approximately a two-hour scenic drive through beautiful Maasai villages and open savannah landscapes. Upon arrival, you will enter the park and begin your first exciting game drive.
Tarangire is famous for its large elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and the Tarangire River, which attracts a wide variety of wildlife, especially during the dry season. You may spot lions, leopards, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, and many species of antelope, as well as colorful birdlife.
You will enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park and continue your afternoon game drive, exploring different habitats and wildlife areas. In the late afternoon, you will drive to your lodge or tented camp for check-in, dinner, and overnight surrounded by African wilderness sounds.

Day 3

After an early breakfast, you will depart Tarangire and begin your journey toward the world-famous Serengeti National Park. The drive takes you through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, offering spectacular views of the highlands and vast open plains. Along the way, you may see Maasai herders with their cattle and enjoy breathtaking scenery.
As you descend into the Serengeti, the landscape opens into endless golden plains dotted with acacia trees and kopjes (rock formations). Upon entering the park, your safari truly begins. You will enjoy a game drive en route to your camp, searching for lions, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, hyenas, and many other animals.
Serengeti is home to the Great Migration and has one of the highest concentrations of predators in Africa. You will stop for a picnic lunch during your drive and continue exploring different wildlife areas in the afternoon.

Today is dedicated to a full day of game viewing in the legendary Serengeti National Park. After an early breakfast, you will set out with your guide for a morning game drive when wildlife is most active. The cool morning hours offer the best chances to see predators returning from a night hunt or preparing for the day ahead.
You will explore different regions of the park depending on wildlife movements and seasonal migration patterns. The Serengeti plains are home to massive herds of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles, followed closely by lions, cheetahs, and hyenas. You may also spot leopards resting in trees, elephants moving across the plains, and large buffalo herds.
Enjoy a picnic lunch in the bush surrounded by nature, then continue your afternoon game drive, capturing unforgettable photos and memories. In the late afternoon, return to your camp for relaxation, followed by a delicious dinner and overnight stay in the heart of the Serengeti wilderness.

Day 5

After an early breakfast, you will depart the Serengeti and head toward the world-famous Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Descend approximately 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive in one of Africa’s most iconic wildlife destinations, often called the “Eighth Wonder of the World.” The crater’s unique ecosystem hosts a high density of animals, including lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeests, hippos, and a variety of antelopes. With luck, you may even spot the rare black rhinoceros. You will also visit a scenic soda lake where flamingos and other water birds gather. Enjoy a picnic lunch near a hippo pool while observing wildlife up close. In the early afternoon, ascend the crater rim and drive to Karatu, arriving at Farm of Dreams Lodge for dinner and overnight in a tranquil setting.
