Your safari adventure begins today. After breakfast, you’ll be picked up from your lodge and drive approximately two hours to Tarangire National Park, famous for its large elephant herds and ancient baobab trees. Enjoy a game drive in an open-roof safari vehicle as you explore seasonal swamps, open savannahs, and the wildlife-rich Tarangire River. Along the way, you may spot giraffes, impalas, zebras, lions, leopards, elands, warthogs, elephants, and a wide variety of birdlife. A picnic lunch will be enjoyed at a scenic spot inside the park, followed by further game viewing. In the evening, you’ll transfer to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, begin your journey to the Serengeti. The drive, lasting approximately 4 to 5 hours, passes through scenic and occasionally bumpy roads, offering excellent opportunities for game viewing as you ascend the crater highlands toward the Serengeti plains. Weather permitting, a short stop at the Ngorongoro Viewpoint allows you to admire the breathtaking caldera before continuing your drive.
Enjoy a picnic lunch along the way, surrounded by the beautiful landscapes. Upon arrival in the park, embark on an afternoon game drive to immerse yourself in the Serengeti’s abundant wildlife. Crater Adventure Followed by Return to Arusha
After an early breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater. While the elusive black rhino is the hardest to spot, the crater floor provides excellent opportunities to see a wide variety of wildlife. After a morning game drive, enjoy lunch before ascending the crater. You will then pack up and transfer back to Arusha, marking the end of your safari.
