Your safari begins with an early morning departure from Arusha, heading south to Tarangire National Park, famous for its vast elephant herds and iconic baobab trees. Upon arrival, enjoy a full-day game drive along the Tarangire River, a vital water source that attracts abundant wildlife including lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and a variety of bird species.

Day 2

After an early breakfast at the lodge, you will drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area gate for registration and descend about 600 meters into the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater for a full-day game drive, where you have excellent chances to spot the Big Five including lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard, and the rare black rhino, as well as zebra, wildebeest, hippos, hyenas, and many bird species; you will enjoy a picnic lunch inside the crater near the hippo pool and visit Lake Magadi, a soda lake famous for flamingos, before continuing with afternoon game viewing and later ascending the crater rim to drive back to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
