Nairobi to Masai mara

Depart Nairobi early in the morning and journey through the scenic Great Rift Valley, enjoying sweeping views of escarpments and countryside along the way. Continue toward the world-famous Masai Mara National Reserve, Kenya’s premier wildlife destination. Arrive at your camp or lodge in time for lunch and a short rest. Later in the afternoon, set out on your first game drive across the vast open savannahs, searching for the Big Five and a wide variety of wildlife including lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, and countless bird species. As the sun sets over the plains, return to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay, surrounded by the sounds of the African wilderness.
