Tarangire National Park

You will be picked up in Moshi and driven to Tarangire National Park to begin your exciting game-viewing experience. The park is renowned for its iconic baobab trees, diverse birdlife, and impressive populations of large mammals, including one of the highest concentrations of elephants in Tanzania. After an extensive game drive, you will be transferred to the Fig Tree Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Ngorongoro Crater

You will depart the camp around 9:00 am and drive to the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater for your final game drive. The crater, the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera and one of Africa’s Seven Natural Wonders, is home to an incredible concentration of wildlife. Here, you may encounter wildebeests, zebras, buffaloes, elands, warthogs, hippos, and majestic African elephants.

The area is also renowned for its high density of predators, including lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs, and the elusive leopard. Flamingos and other water birds are often seen near the lakes and wetlands.

After your morning game drive, you will enjoy a picnic lunch at the Hippo Pool. In the afternoon, you will drive back to Moshi, marking the end of your safari adventure.
