We’ll start by picking you up from your hotel, where you’ll meet your guide, chef, and fellow travelers before setting off on your adventure. From there, we’ll drive about two hours to Tarangire National Park, celebrated for its stunning landscapes and iconic ancient baobab trees. The park is also home to the largest concentration of elephants in Tanzania, offering incredible opportunities to witness the interactions of elephant families in their natural habitat.
Your game drive will take you through the park, following reports of animal sightings. While lions, cheetahs, and leopards are more elusive, you’ll have plenty of chances to see giraffes, wildebeest, and zebras roaming freely.
For lunch, we’ll stop at the Tarangire River picnic site, where you can enjoy a meal with a beautiful view of the river and the wildlife around it. Keep an eye out for playful monkeys and baboons; they might try to steal a snack or two, but they’re completely harmless!

Day 2

After breakfast, travel with Kilipath African Safaris through the Karatu highlands and Ngorongoro Conservation Area toward Serengeti National Park. Watch the scenery change as the green highlands give way to sweeping open plains.
Continue to Seronera in the Central Serengeti, where the river supports a rich variety of resident wildlife. Arrive for lunch before setting out on an afternoon game drive, searching for big cats, elephants, giraffes, and herds of grazing animals.

Day 3

Begin your morning in Seronera with an early transfer around 5:00 AM for your sunrise balloon safari. Float above the Serengeti plains, taking in sweeping views and watching for wildlife below. After landing, celebrate with a bush breakfast and champagne.
Rejoin your Kilipath African Safaris guide for a game drive before returning to camp for lunch and collecting your belongings. In the afternoon, depart for Simba Campsite near the Ngorongoro Crater rim, where you will enjoy dinner and an overnight stay ahead of your next safari experience..

Day 4

Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater with your Kilipath African Safaris guide. Explore its grasslands and wetlands in search of wildebeest, zebras, buffaloes, elephants, hippos, and predators such as lions and hyenas. You may also spot the rare black rhino.
Visit the area around Lake Magadi, where flamingos and other waterbirds may gather, depending on conditions. Later, leave the crater and journey back to Arusha for a late-afternoon drop-off at your preferred hotel, bringing your safari to a close.
