Drive from Arusha to Tarangire for the beginning of your safari adventure. The park is known for its large elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and beautiful savannah landscapes. During the game drive you will have the chance to see wildlife such as elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffalo, and various bird species around the Tarangire River, which attracts many animals. In the evening, enjoy a night game drive, where you can experience the park after dark and observe nocturnal wildlife. With the help of a spotlight and an experienced guide, you may spot animals such as bush babies, genets, porcupines, and other species that become active at night.
