Rise before dawn for an exhilarating early morning game drive, watching the savannah come alive as predators return from the night’s hunt and herbivores begin their day. Afterward, return to your lodge for breakfast, then set out once more with a packed picnic lunch for a full-day exploration of the Masai Mara. The vast plains stretch endlessly, dotted with wildebeest, zebras and antelope, while lions, cheetahs and other predators roam nearby. At midday, you pause to enjoy your picnic in the heart of the reserve. In the afternoon, you visit a Maasai village, where you are welcomed with traditional dances and gain insight into their culture and way of life. As evening falls, you return to your lodge for dinner, bonfire and overnight.
