Nairobi to Maasai Mara Game Reserve

Your safari begins with an early morning pickup from your hotel or the airport in Nairobi.
Drive through the scenic Great Rift Valley with a short stop at a viewpoint for photography before continuing through Narok town toward the Maasai Mara. Arrive at your safari lodge or tented camp in time for lunch and relaxation.
In the afternoon enjoy your first game drive in the Maasai Mara searching for wildlife across the vast savannah plains.

Wildlife sightings may include:
Lions resting under acacia trees
Elephants grazing on open grasslands
Giraffes moving across the plains
Zebras and wildebeest grazing in large numbers

Maasai Mara to Nairobi

Wake up early for a sunrise game drive, when wildlife is most active. This is one of the best times to spot predators such as lions and leopards before they retreat into the bushes.

Return to the lodge for breakfast before checking out. Begin the drive back to Nairobi, arriving in the afternoon.
