Day 1

Lake Nakuru

Your Kenya safari adventure begins with a morning pick-up from your Nairobi hotel or the airport by your professional safari driver-guide. You will depart for Lake Nakuru National Park, located approximately 3 hours from Nairobi.

Along the way, you will stop at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint, where you can enjoy panoramic views of this dramatic geological formation that stretches across East Africa.

Upon arrival at Lake Nakuru National Park, you will enjoy an exciting game drive through the park’s diverse landscapes of woodland, grassland, and lakeshore habitats. The park is renowned for its populations of black and white rhinos, Rothschild giraffes, buffalo, zebras, baboons, and lions.

After the game drive, proceed to your lodge for check-in and lunch. In the afternoon, embark on another game drive around Lake Nakuru, famous for its birdlife and seasonal flocks of flamingos.

Return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight.

Day 2

Masai Mara

After breakfast, depart Lake Nakuru and drive south-west towards the Masai Mara National Reserve, Kenya’s most famous wildlife sanctuary.

The journey offers beautiful views of rural Kenya, traditional villages, and rolling savannah landscapes. Arrive in the Masai Mara in time for lunch at your lodge.

After lunch and some relaxation, head out for your first Masai Mara game drive. The reserve is home to an incredible variety of wildlife including lions, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, hyenas, and large herds of antelope.

As the sun sets over the golden savannah, return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3

After an early breakfast, depart for a full-day game drive in Masai Mara with packed picnic lunches.

Spend the day exploring different parts of the reserve while searching for the Big Five and other iconic African wildlife. The Masai Mara boasts one of the highest concentrations of wildlife in Africa, making it a photographer’s paradise.

If traveling during the migration season (July–October), you may witness the dramatic Great Wildebeest Migration, where millions of wildebeest and zebras cross the Mara River in search of fresh grazing.

Lunch will be enjoyed in the wilderness under the shade of an acacia tree while surrounded by the sounds of the African bush.

Day 4

Depart

After breakfast, check out from the lodge and begin your scenic drive back to Nairobi. Upon arrival, you to option to enjoy lunch at the famous Carnivore Restaurant on own account, one of Nairobi’s most popular dining experiences known for its unique African barbecue cuisine. After lunch, you will be transferred to your hotel or to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.
