Nairobi- Maasai Mara National park

You you will be picked up from the hotel or Airport and drive through the Great Rift Valley to the Masai Mara National Reserve. You will stop at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint to take photos of the historical escarpment. Masai Mara is part of the Serengeti vast plains famously known for its spectacular great wildebeest migration and is home to the Big Five: lion, elephant, leopard, buffalo, and rhino. You will have an introductory game drive on this day. This prepares you for the full-day game drive the next day. Arrive early for Lunch. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

Full-day Game Drive

Today you will head out for a full day game drive with a packed lunch provided. On the plains are large herds of herbivores grazing and cheetahs and leopards hiding in their locations. Masai Mara is the heart of Kenyan tourism with large species of mammals, amphibians, and reptiles and over 400 bird species recorded on the reserve. Nowhere in Africa is wildlife more abundant, and it is for this reason a visitor hardly misses seeing the Big Five (buffalo, elephant, leopard, lion, and rhino). Your picnic lunch will be at the Mara River migration point. You have an optional visit to the Maasai village and interact with Maasai people. Overnight stay and dinner at the lodge.

Maasai Mara- Lake Nakuru National Park

After an early morning game drive in Masai Mara, you will go back to the camp for breakfast and leave for Lake Nakuru National Park. You will be arriving late in the evening. You will be dropped straight to your hotel to freshen up and have enough rest as you prepare for an early morning game drive the following day.
