The Rhino Tracking & The Mighty Nile River

Morning Depart from Kampala or Entebbe for a scenic 3-hour drive north.
Late Morning: Arrive at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for a 2-hour guided rhino tracking experience on foot. This is the only place in Uganda to see rhinos in the wild, completing your Big Five checklist.
Afternoon: After lunch in Masindi, continue into Murchison Falls National Park.
Evening: Visit the Top of the Falls to witness the Nile River squeeze through a narrow 7-meter gorge before heading to your lodge for dinner.

Game drive and boat on the Victoria Nile

Morning Embark on a 4-hour sunrise game drive. Keep your eyes peeled for lions, leopards, elephants, and buffaloes, along with Rothschild’s giraffes and various antelopes.
Afternoon: Take a 3-hour boat cruise upstream to the base of the falls. This is a prime spot for viewing massive herds of elephants and buffaloes on the banks, plus hippos and Nile crocodiles in the water.
