Your East African adventure starts with your arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport. Here you will be welcomed by your Safari Guide and transferred to the Rivertrees Country Inn where you will spend your first night in Tanzania.

After breakfast you will be collected from your hotel in Arusha by your private vehicle and driver.

Make your way to the Tarangire National Park and explore this amazing part of the country for the next two days.

Depart Tarangire National Park and drive to Karatu for two nights

Travel from Karatu to the Central Serengeti

Time to leave behind Karatu and head towards the Central Serengeti where you will spend 3 nights at Matawi Serengeti Camp.

Here you will be able to dive deeper into the African bush. Enjoy game drives and the authentic African safari feeling.

You may opt to visit the Olduvai Gorge/Museum along the way (entry fee excluded).

Transfer to Seronera airstrip, light aircraft charter to Dar es Salam & boat to Lazy Lagoon Lodge

After breakfast transfer to the Seronera airstrip and take a light aircraft charter to Dar es Salaam. On arrival at the airport you will be met a transferred to Mbegani Fisheries FETA institute in Bagamoyo from where a short boat ride will take you to the Lazy Lagoon Lodge.

Check into your Banda which will be your home for for the next 3 nights.

When on Lazy Lagoon Island, you are truly secluded, allowing you to fully relax and unwind from the busy world.

Boat Crossings to Lazy Lagoon Lodge are scheduled at the following times:
Mainland to Lazy Lagoon: 12:00 15:00 18:00.
