Arusha – Ndutu (Southern Serengeti)

After an early breakfast in Arusha, depart with your guide for a scenic drive towards the Ndutu region, located in the southern part of the Serengeti ecosystem. This area is especially famous during the calving season, when thousands of wildebeest gather to give birth, attracting many predators.

Upon arrival, enjoy a full-day game drive in Ndutu, with picnic lunch in the bush. Keep an eye out for wildebeest herds, zebras, lions, cheetahs, and other wildlife that thrive in this rich grazing area.

In the late afternoon, continue with a game drive en route as you head towards the central Serengeti National Park. The drive takes approximately 2 hours, offering more chances to spot wildlife along the way.

Arrive at Lala Salama Serengeti Luxury Camp in time for dinner and overnight, surrounded by the sounds of the African wilderness.

Full Day in Serengeti National Park

After breakfast at Lala Salama Serengeti Luxury Camp, depart for a full-day game drive in the iconic Serengeti National Park.

Spend the day exploring the vast plains, renowned for their incredible wildlife density and year-round predator activity. Depending on the season, you may witness large herds of wildebeest and zebras, along with lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, and a variety of birdlife.

Enjoy a picnic lunch in the bush, surrounded by the sights and sounds of the wild, before continuing your afternoon game drive in different areas of the park.

As the sun begins to set, return to Lala Salama Serengeti Luxury Camp for dinner and another overnight stay.

Serengeti – Ngorongoro Crater – Karatu

After an early breakfast at Lala Salama Serengeti Luxury Camp, depart with picnic lunch and drive towards the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater.

Descend into the crater for a game drive on the crater floor, one of the best places in Africa to spot a wide variety of wildlife in a short time. The crater is home to lions, elephants, buffalo, zebras, wildebeest, and if lucky, the endangered black rhino.

Enjoy your picnic lunch inside the crater, often near the hippo pool, before continuing with your afternoon game drive.

Later in the day, ascend the crater and drive to Acacia Farm Lodge for dinner and overnight, set in the tranquil highlands of Karatu.

Tarangire National Park – Arusha

After breakfast at your lodge, depart for Tarangire National Park for your final game drive.

Tarangire is famous for its large elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and diverse wildlife. Enjoy a game drive through the park, spotting elephants, giraffes, zebras, and various antelope species, along with predators that inhabit the area.

After a picnic lunch, continue with your game drive before driving back to Arusha in the late afternoon, where your safari comes to an end.
