Day 1

Early morning pick-up from your hotel in Diani Beach or Mombasa followed by a scenic drive to Shimoni village near the Tanzanian border. After a short briefing, board a traditional dhow and cruise into Kisite Mpunguti Marine National Park, renowned for its rich marine life and frequent dolphin sightings. Spend time searching for dolphins in open waters before heading to coral reef zones for guided snorkeling in clear, warm waters filled with tropical fish.

After the marine experience, sail to Wasini Island where a freshly prepared Swahili seafood lunch awaits. Enjoy a relaxed island atmosphere followed by a short guided walk through the local village or coral gardens, offering insight into coastal culture. Later, return to Shimoni with an optional visit to the historical slave caves before driving back to your hotel, arriving late afternoon.
