Your journey begins in Maun, where you are met on arrival and assisted onto a light aircraft flight into the Central Kalahari. As you approach Dinaka, the landscape reveals golden grasslands stretching endlessly to the horizon, dotted with pockets of vegetation.

Upon landing, you are transferred to camp and welcomed with warm hospitality. After settling into your tented suite, you have time to relax and absorb the stillness of the Kalahari. This is a place defined by silence and space a stark yet beautiful environment that feels worlds away from everyday life.

In the late afternoon, you head out on your first game drive. The Kalahari rewards patience, and your guide will interpret the subtle signs of life tracks in the sand, distant movements, and calls of wildlife.

Day 2

Returning to camp mid-morning, brunch is served followed by time to relax. In the afternoon, you head out again, exploring different areas and perhaps enjoying a guided walk (seasonal), where you learn about tracks, plants, and smaller creatures.

As night falls, the desert comes alive with sounds, and the brilliant night sky offers exceptional stargazing.

After breakfast, you transfer to the Linyanti region by air. The transition introduces a more river-focused ecosystem with dense woodlands and open plains.

Arriving at camp, you settle in before heading out on an afternoon game drive. The Linyanti is known for large elephant herds and strong predator presence, making for exciting wildlife encounters.

The river acts as a lifeline, drawing animals from surrounding areas. Dinner is served overlooking the river, offering a peaceful end to the day.

Day 5

After a final morning activity and breakfast, you depart the Linyanti by light aircraft, heading into the Okavango Delta. The transformation is striking dry land gives way to shimmering waterways and lush vegetation.

Arriving at Pom Pom Camp, you are welcomed into a completely different world. After settling in and enjoying lunch, your first Delta activity begins.

A mokoro excursion offers a peaceful introduction to the Delta, gliding through narrow channels surrounded by reeds and water lilies. The silence allows you to notice the finer details frogs, birds, and insects that thrive in this environment.

Later, a game drive reveals larger wildlife.

Returning to camp at sunset, you enjoy dinner overlooking the Delta.
