Much of the park’s wildlife gathers along the Tarangire River, the region’s only permanent water source, making it an excellent location for game viewing. Here, you may spot lions, leopards, cheetahs, and herds of up to 6,000 elephants. With more than 300 recorded bird species, the park is also a haven for bird enthusiasts.
