Arusha to Tarangire National Park

You will be picked up from your lodge and driven to Tarangire National Park with lunch boxes in tow. The journey covers about 110 km and takes around 2 hours from Arusha. Tarangire National Park is vast and renowned for its large elephant herds. It's also an excellent spot for observing lions, leopards, and a rich array of birdlife, all set against a backdrop of diverse landscapes. One of the park’s highlights is the stunning Silale Swamp in the south, which consistently attracts wildlife due to its reliable water source. The Tarangire River also flows through the park, providing essential water during the Dry season, drawing animals from across the region for incredible wildlife viewing opportunities.
