Day 1

After breakfast, you’ll be transferred to Zanzibar Airport for your flight to Arusha Airport, where your safari adventure begins. Upon arrival, you’ll drive to Tarangire National Park, a breathtaking wildlife sanctuary covering nearly 2,850 square kilometers. The park is renowned for its large elephant herds, majestic baobab trees, and incredible variety of wildlife including lions, leopards, buffaloes, zebras, giraffes, and hundreds of colorful bird species.

Enjoy an exciting game drive through the park’s diverse landscapes, from open savannah plains to seasonal swamps and the famous Tarangire River, the main water source that attracts animals throughout the year. Stop at a scenic spot inside the park for a delicious picnic lunch surrounded by nature before continuing with an afternoon game drive in search of more unforgettable wildlife encounters.

Day 2

After an early breakfast, you’ll pack your luggage into the safari vehicle and begin your scenic journey toward Serengeti National Park with an exciting en-route game drive along the way. Enjoy your picnic lunch inside the jeep as you travel through the breathtaking landscapes of the Great Rift Valley and pass the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater, offering spectacular views and unforgettable photo opportunities. Arriving in Central Serengeti in the afternoon, you’ll continue with a sunset game drive across the endless plains, Serengeti is world-famous for the Great Wildebeest Migration, where millions of wildebeests and zebras move across the plains in search of fresh grazing while predators closely follow behind. Your experienced safari guide will do their best to help you witness this remarkable natural spectacle.

As the sun sets over the African savannah, you’ll head to Seronera Campsite inside the park for dinner and an overnight stay surrounded by the sounds of the wild.

Rise early for a delicious breakfast before setting off on an unforgettable full-day game drive in Serengeti National Park.

A highlight of your adventure will be tracking the world-famous Great Wildebeest Migration, one of nature’s most spectacular events. Each year, over 1.5 million wildebeests, accompanied by zebras and gazelles, move across the vast Serengeti plains in search of fresh grazing lands and reliable water sources. The migration changes location throughout the year, with the best river-crossing experiences usually occurring from June to September, while the calving season takes place between January and March.

Throughout the day, you may also encounter lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, giraffes, hyenas, and countless bird species while exploring the endless golden plains of Serengeti. After an exciting day of wildlife viewing and breathtaking scenery, you’ll return to Seronera Campsite for dinner and an overnight stay inside the heart of the park.

Day 4

Wake up early at around 5:45 a.m. and enjoy a delicious breakfast before heading out for a magical sunrise game drive in Serengeti National Park. Early mornings are one of the best times to explore the park, as many animals are highly active during the cool hours of the day. You’ll have the chance to spot predators returning from a hunt, large herds grazing across the plains, and breathtaking views of the African sunrise over the savannah.

After an exciting morning game drive until late morning, you’ll return to Seronera Campsite for a hot lunch and time to pack your luggage before continuing your journey. In the afternoon, enjoy another scenic game drive through Serengeti as you make your way toward the spectacular Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

By evening, you’ll arrive at Simba Campsite, located on the rim of the famous Ngorongoro Crater. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay while surrounded by stunning views and the peaceful atmosphere of the crater highlands.

Day 5

You will wake up around 5:30 a.m. for your breakfast. After breakfast, you will descend the Ngorongoro Crater floor where you will able to see all the Big Five. Also, you will see different types of birds and black rhinos available inside the crater. On this day, you will have your lunch inside the crater while watching nature and high concentrations of flamingos.

Later after 6 to 7 hours of game drives inside the crater floor, you will start ascending from the crater passing through the campsite to pack your luggage inside the jeep ready to drive back to Fig tree Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay. On this day, you will have a walking tour inside Mto wa Mbu village where you will experience how local people live and see banana plantations. You can also taste local food.

Your day will end with dinner and an overnight stay in Fig Tree Lodge.

After breakfast, you’ll depart for an exciting full-day game drive in Lake Manyara National Park, one of Tanzania’s most scenic wildlife destinations. Nestled at the base of the Great Rift Valley escarpment, the park is famous for its lush forests, diverse ecosystems, and incredible wildlife. During your safari, you may spot the park’s renowned tree-climbing lions, large troops of baboons, elephants, giraffes, hippos, and countless bird species including beautiful pink flamingos along the lakeshore.
You’ll also visit the park’s natural hot springs, known locally as Maji Moto, where hot underground water bubbles up through the earth. Later in the day, enjoy a cultural visit to a traditional Maasai Boma, where you’ll learn about the lifestyle, traditions, dances, and customs of the Maasai people, one of East Africa’s most iconic tribes.
