Pickup in Arusha and Exploring Lake Natron

After an early breakfast, you'll be picked up in Arusha and drive to Lake Natron. The journey takes about 5 hours, with 3 hours spent on a rough road. Upon arrival at the Lake Natron Maasai Guesthouse, you'll enjoy a hot lunch. In the afternoon, you'll hike to the waterfalls and then head to Lake Natron for a beautiful sunset. Dinner will be served at your accommodation.

Exporing Lake Natron and maasai culture

Sunrise at the lake at 6 am or just breakfast, whatever you like. You will drive to small Serengeti and will be back for lunch at the Lengai Safari lodge. In the afternoon you will visit the village and a Maasai booma to learn more about the Maasai culture. Diner will be served at the lodge.

Entering Serengeti National Park

After early breakfast, you will drive to Klein's gate where you enter the Serengeti NP in the northern part. Here you will face thousands of zebras and wildebeest. The game drive will show you the endless plains of the Serengeti. Serengeti means in the Maasai language 'endless plains'. Your campsite will be in central Serengeti, where the cook will prepare a delicious dinner. After dinner, you will hear the sounds of the Serengeti by night.

Exploring the Serengeti

After early breakfast, you will go on a game drive to explore the Central Serengeti. You will see lions, zebra, antelopes, buffalo etc. And you will drive back to the camp for a hot lunch. End of the afternoon you will make another game drive and if you are lucky, you will see a hunting lion. The dinner is prepared in the camp.

From Serengeti to Ngorongoro

After breakfast, you are going to leave the Serengeti at Naabi gate and enter the Ngorongoro highlands. You will descend into the crater and see the magnificent surroundings of the Ngorongoro crater with a lot of animals. You will have lunch at a Hippo pool where you can look at these beautiful animals. In the afternoon you will see lions (if you are lucky) who are resting after hunting. Diner will be served at the campsite.

Exploring Lake Manyara National Park

The campsite is on the upper side of the entrance of the Lake Manyara National Park, so no need to have an early breakfast. Lake Manyara NP is famous for its climbing tree lions, so if you are lucky, you can spot them. Around the lake Manyara you can spot a huge number of birds like flamingos, pelicans, storks, and herons. Also, giraffes and elephants are wandering around in the park. In the afternoon you will go back to the campsite with a magnificent view over Lake Manyara NP. Here you can relax and dinner will be served.

The End – Tarangire NP and Return to Arusha

After breakfast, you'll head to Tarangire National Park for a full day of game drives. Tarangire is famous for its large elephant herds and iconic baobab trees. The Park is also home to a river that runs through the center, attracting many animals who come to drink. A packed lunch will be provided, and in the late afternoon, you'll drive back to Arusha.
