Arusha is known as the safari capital of Tanzania and serves as the gateway to the country’s famous northern safari circuit. Depending on your arrival time, you may relax at the hotel, explore the surrounding area, or receive a short safari briefing from your guide about the exciting adventure ahead.

After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park, one of Tanzania’s hidden gems and famous for its large elephant herds and giant baobab trees. The drive takes you through beautiful countryside landscapes and local villages before entering the park.

Once inside Tarangire, enjoy an exciting game drive across the vast savannah plains and along the Tarangire River, the park’s main water source that attracts many animals throughout the year. You may spot elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, antelopes, ostriches, and many bird species during your exploration.

Today, depart for Lake Manyara National Park, a scenic park famous for its lush groundwater forests, diverse birdlife, and tree-climbing lions. Despite its smaller size, the park offers excellent wildlife viewing and breathtaking scenery along the Great Rift Valley escarpment.

During your game drive, you may spot elephants, giraffes, zebras, hippos, baboons, flamingos, and many bird species around the lake area. The park’s green vegetation and peaceful atmosphere provide a unique safari experience different from the open plains of Serengeti.
