Begin your adventure early in the morning from Nairobi followed by a scenic drive through the breathtaking Great Rift Valley toward Hell's Gate National Park.
Along the way, enjoy panoramic views of escarpments, local towns, and beautiful countryside landscapes before arriving at the park. After check-in and a short briefing, begin an exciting cycling adventure through the park’s open plains surrounded by dramatic cliffs, volcanic rock formations, and geothermal features. Unlike many national parks in Kenya, Hell’s Gate allows visitors to cycle alongside wildlife, offering close-up encounters with zebras, giraffes, buffaloes, warthogs, and various antelope species roaming freely in their natural habitat. You may also enjoy a guided walk through selected areas while learning about the park’s geology, wildlife, and history from your guide. After the adventure, proceed to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay surrounded by the peaceful atmosphere of the Great Rift Valley.

Lake Naivasha Boat Safari & Return to Nairobi

After breakfast at your lodge, head to the nearby shores of Lake Naivasha for a relaxing boat safari across one of Kenya’s most beautiful freshwater lakes. Cruise through calm waters while spotting hippos resting near the shoreline, fish eagles soaring above, and a variety of birdlife thriving around the lake. Enjoy the peaceful scenery and excellent photography opportunities as your guide shares insights about the lake’s ecosystem and wildlife. You may also choose to visit Crescent Island Game Sanctuary for an optional guided walking safari among freely roaming giraffes, zebras, gazelles, and antelopes in a scenic natural setting.
After the experience, begin your scenic drive back to Nairobi through the Great Rift Valley with en-route lunch and optional stopovers for souvenirs and photography along the way. Arrive in Nairobi later in the afternoon where you will be dropped off at your initial place of pick-up marking the end of your memorable 2-day adventure.
