Gorilla Trekking Experience & Batwa Cultural Encounter

After an early breakfast, you will transfer to the park headquarters for a briefing before beginning the gorilla trekking adventure through the rainforest. The trek may take several hours depending on the location of the gorilla family, but spending one hour with the mountain gorillas is an unforgettable wildlife experience. After the trek, you will return to the lodge for relaxation and later enjoy an optional Batwa cultural encounter to learn about the traditional forest lifestyle of the indigenous Batwa people.
