4-Day Magic of Northern Tanzania Safari from Zanzibar

Fly from Zanzibar to Arusha then Drive to Tarangire National Park

Early in the morning, you will take your flight from Zanzibar to Arusha Airport where you will be warmly welcomed by our professional safari guide.

After a short safari briefing, you will depart toward Tarangire National Park, a drive of approximately 2.5 to 3 hours.

Upon arrival, you will enjoy a full-day game drive while exploring the park’s vast savannah landscapes, giant baobab trees, and rich wildlife.

You may spot elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, wildebeests, antelopes, and many bird species.

You will enjoy your picnic lunch inside the park before continuing with your afternoon game drive.

Later in the evening, you will drive to Karatu for dinner and overnight.

Ngorongoro Crater Tour

After an early breakfast, you will drive to the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive inside one of Africa’s most famous wildlife destinations.

You may spot lions, elephants, buffaloes, hippos, hyenas, flamingos, and with some luck, the rare black rhino while exploring the crater floor surrounded by breathtaking scenery.

You will enjoy your picnic lunch at the crater floor before ascending in the afternoon and returning to your lodge for relaxation, dinner, and overnight.

Drive to Lake Eyasi for Cultural Experience

After breakfast, you will depart toward Lake Eyasi for a cultural experience with the Hadzabe and Datoga communities.

You will experience their traditional lifestyle, including hunting techniques, daily routines, and cultural practices in a respectful and authentic environment.

This is a rare opportunity to connect with one of the last remaining hunter-gatherer communities in Africa.

After the experience, you will return to Karatu for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, you will depart toward Lake Manyara National Park for a half-day game drive.

You will explore the park’s lush forests, soda lake shores, and diverse wildlife. You may spot elephants, giraffes, baboons, hippos, flamingos, zebras, and many bird species.

You will enjoy your picnic lunch inside the park before continuing with your afternoon game drive.

Later in the afternoon, you will drive back to Arusha Airport for your flight to Zanzibar, marking the end of your safari adventure.
