Day 1

Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast in Arusha, you will depart for Lake Manyara National Park for a full-day game drive. In the afternoon, your guide will set up a bush lunch, served with a selection of soft drinks, as well as wine, tea, and coffee. After lunch, you will continue your game drive, exploring the park’s diverse landscapes until evening, when you proceed to your lodge for dinner.

Later, enjoy a night game drive before returning to the lodge for your overnight stay.

Lake Manyara is an excellent introduction to Tanzania’s rich birdlife, with over 400 recorded species and the possibility of spotting up to 100 in a single day. The park is also famous for its tree-climbing lions and large-tusked elephants, often seen in the acacia woodlands that define this scenic and compact national park.

Day 2

After breakfast, you will depart for Serengeti National Park, enjoying a game drive en route as you travel through the scenic landscapes of northern Tanzania. You will arrive in the Serengeti in the afternoon, where your driver-guide will prepare a freshly cooked hot lunch.

After lunch, continue with an afternoon game drive, exploring the park’s vast plains and searching for abundant wildlife. Later in the evening, you will proceed to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

The Serengeti offers one of the most thrilling game-viewing experiences in Africa. It is home to large herds of buffalo, elephant, giraffe, zebra, eland, wildebeest, topi, kongoni, impala, and Grant’s gazelle. Its diverse ecosystems—including swamps, soda lakes, woodlands, and open short-grass plains—make every game drive a rich and rewarding experience.

After breakfast at the lodge, you will set out for a full-day game drive in Central Serengeti. This region is renowned for its rich wildlife sightings and year-round game viewing opportunities.

A freshly prepared hot lunch will be served in the bush by your guide, allowing you to relax and enjoy the surrounding wilderness. In the late afternoon, you will continue your game drive before returning to the lodge for sundowner refreshments.

Dinner and overnight accommodation will be at the lodge, where you can unwind after an exciting day in the Serengeti.

Day 4

The day begins with an early morning hot air balloon safari over the Serengeti, offering breathtaking views of the vast plains and wildlife from above. After landing, you will enjoy a relaxed bush breakfast accompanied by a champagne celebration.

This is followed by a game drive in the Central Serengeti (Seronera), one of the park’s richest wildlife areas. Later, you will return to the lodge for a hot lunch and time to rest.

In the afternoon, you will depart for Ngorongoro, arriving in time for an evening crater rim walk with stunning views over the caldera.

You will then check in at the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 5

Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, you will depart for a full-day game drive in the Ngorongoro Crater. This remarkable natural wonder is home to the world’s largest unflooded and unbroken volcanic caldera, offering some of the most spectacular wildlife viewing in Africa.

During your time in the crater, you will also visit Lake Magadi, a shallow alkaline lake that attracts flamingos, hippos, and a variety of other waterbirds. A freshly prepared hot lunch will be served in the crater by your safari guide.

In the late afternoon, you will ascend the crater and drive back to Arusha Airport for drop-off.
