Your safari begins with an early morning departure from Nairobi as you drive through the scenic Great Rift Valley toward the world-renowned Masai Mara National Reserve. Along the way, you will enjoy beautiful viewpoints and brief stopovers for photography. You arrive at your lodge or camp in time for lunch and check-in, followed by a short rest. In the late afternoon, you head out for your first game drive across the vast golden plains, where you may spot elephants, giraffes, zebras, and possibly lions beginning their evening hunt. As the sun sets over the savannah, you return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay surrounded by the sounds of the wild.
